Hi many of you may know about blog action day, its a day where bloggers around the world all work together to raise awareness of one particular problem each year. This year the problem is water all though I know its a pretty big problem all over the world like in places where dirty water kills 80% of the people who live there I think there bigger problems like my sisters face, no just kidding she.... has....... a very.......pretty......face..... HA HA HA LOL ROFL A HA HAAAAHAHAHA HA HA HA! anyway I just want to tell you how big a deal it is so please join us in our fight against  water, Justen Bieber, war, my sister and all the other threats to the world.

Saving Endangered Animals

Do you people know what's happening to this world?  There is the cutest little bird called the Kiwi that's endangered because people introduced non-native species in its home in New Zealand.

What are you doing about it?  Sitting there on the computer, reading a blog, instead of taking action?

One way that people are saving kiwis is through Operation Nest Egg, where they raise Kiwi eggs in captivity and release them to protected wild areas when they are old enough.

There are many endangered animals in the world, like the Manatee, Green Turtle, and the Black Footed Ferret.  I saw a slide show that said "Endangered means there is still time."  That means that if an animal is endangered, or low in numbers, there is still time to help them.

Consumerism and the Poster Boy

This is a video about Poster Boy, a vigilante artist and about the consumerism that he tries to stop. If we do not stop consumerism, it will destroy the planet.

We should complain to the companies, but how can we do that? Here are some ideas:

• You can send them letters or emails asking them to use less packaging, and to protect the environment.
• If they don't listen, you can stop buying their stuff and put them out of business.

What else can we do?

• Buy less stuff.
• Buy stuff in larger packages instead of single serving sizes.
• Use things longer than just six months.
• Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
